Keith Urban’s recent throat surgery was a success.

The country singer underwent the outpatient procedure to remove a polyp on his vocal chords.

And while Keith will sing won’t be able to speak — or sing — for another three weeks, his spokesperson said Keith was “doing fine.”

In a video posted shortly before Tuesday’s procedure, Keith thanked fans for such a “crazy, great, phenomenal year.”
